How it works
Buying
1. Browse the auctions
Anyone can browse the listings โ no account needed until you're ready to bid. Everything is shown right on the Discover page.
2. Register & set up your profile
Create an account, then complete your profile: choose local pickup or shipping, and add a shipping address if you're shipping. Payment is by card through secure Stripe Checkout โ no payment apps needed. You can't bid until your profile is complete.
3. Bid
Every listing starts at $0. Enter your bid โ it has to beat the current price by at least $1. Highest bid when the timer ends wins. If someone outbids you, we'll email you right away with a link back to the listing.
4. Win & confirm
Win a listing and we'll create your invoice โ no buyer fees, just your winning bid plus shipping if applicable. Confirm it using the pickup/shipping preference from your profile.
5. Pay
Pay by card through secure Stripe Checkout right from your invoice page.
6. Get your goodies
Local pickup: pay by card first, then come grab your items in store.
Shipping: each seller sets their own shipping โ look for free shipping or the stated shipping cost on the listing. We'll send you the tracking number. Win multiple listings and we'll combine them into one shipment whenever possible.
Selling
1. Post your item
Hit + List an item and fill in a title, category, description, photos, and your minimum price to sell โ the lowest you'll accept. Bidding starts at $0 on every listing. You choose whether your minimum is shown on the listing or kept private.
2. Get approved
We review every submission โ your item is approved once we've had a look, usually within a day. Bring the physical item to our store before it goes live.
3. It's free to list
Listing is completely free โ no listing fees, ever. Your item goes live once approved.
4. Watch the bids roll in
Your listing runs for 10 days, starting at $0. If you chose to show your minimum, bidders see it right on the listing. If bidding doesn't reach your minimum, the item doesn't sell โ no surprises either way.
5. Get paid
When your item sells, you get the winning bid plus the shipping amount you set, paid out within 7 days after the buyer pays. If it doesn't sell, pick it up from the store within 14 days.

Frequently asked questions
How do I pay for my winnings?
By card, right from your invoice page โ we use secure Stripe Checkout. Confirm your invoice, hit "Pay with card," and you're done.
How much is shipping?
Each seller sets their own shipping, shown on the listing โ many offer free shipping. Win multiple store listings and we'll combine them into one shipment whenever possible.
When will my item ship?
After your payment arrives. We'll send you the tracking number once it's on its way. Add a note to your invoice if you need us to wait โ for example, "please wait to ship."
Can I pick up in store?
Yes โ choose local pickup on your profile. Pay by card first, then come grab your items during store hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM โ 5:30 PM.
Can I bid before an auction starts?
Yes. Listings that haven't started yet accept pre-bids โ and your bid stands when the auction goes live.
Are there any buyer fees?
No. Your winning bid plus shipping (if any) is all you pay โ zero buyer fees.
What happens if I bid in the last 5 minutes?
The timer extends by 5 minutes (anti-sniping), so everyone gets a fair chance to respond. Last-second sniping doesn't work here.
What if someone outbids me?
We'll email you right away with a link straight back to the listing so you can bid again.
Will other bidders see my name?
No. Bid history shows bidders as "Bidder 1", "Bidder 2", and so on โ you'll see "You" on your own bids.
Can I take back a bid?
No โ all bids are final and binding. Bid with confidence.
How do I sell my own item?
Hit + List an item, add your photos, a minimum price to sell, and your shipping terms. Listing is free โ your item goes live once it's approved, usually within a day.
When do auctions end?
Each listing runs on its own 3-day timer, with end times staggered โ so there's almost always something closing soon.
